What is your tunaround time?

Our usual turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. If however, you need your dress cleaned quicker than this, please feel free to bring it to us where we'll make sure to have it ready when you need it.

How to package my order?

Before sending your dress to us, please place everything in a box big enough to comfortably hold your dress and any accessories you are sending along with it, and write your order number on the top of the box to avoid any confusion. Alongside your dress, please ensure there is a copy of your order number, and any order confirmation details to help identify your dress once it gets to us.

(Not to worry, if you don’t have a printer, hand-writing your order number on a slip of paper and placing on top is fine)

Can all stains be removed?

We are experts at removing stains however, there are many factors that determine whether marks can be removed including the type of fabric, the nature and age of the stain and what previous attempts have been made. However, you can be assured that we use or extensive skills, spotting agents and expertise to remove marks.

Will my items be insured?

If you add insurance at the point of placing your order then your wedding dress will be covered by our courier in the rare event something is lost. Wedding Dress insurance costs an additional £7.

What preservation box size should I order?

Our luxury handmade boxes are available in 3 sizes and 4 designs. All of our boxes provide long term storage and preservation. Here is a simple guide to help you choose the right size.
